Our Price Ranges for a Top-Tier AKC American Akita Puppy (7-11 weeks of age)

Puppies Will Be Sold Between $1,200.00 - $2,200.00

To hold or reserve an Akita we require a 30% deposit. Every deposit will count towards the total price. Akitas that are placed on hold/reserve will be taken off the market within 24 hrs.

Akitas from ages 12+ weeks may be subject to price alterations, these exclusive prices will be provided directly by the Original Breeder.

When purchasing a Top-Tier Akita you will receive: Updated Health Records (vaccinations, examinations and dewormed), AKC Registration Form, your copy of Purchase Agreement and a Personalized Puppy Blanket.

Buyback Program:

What if we wish to return our Akita? I am happy to comply with you; we provide a reasonable program. However, we will not refund the total price. There are factors that will determine how much we decide to buy your Akita back for. Those factors being:

- Age

- Gender

- Coat Color

- Marking's

- Desirable Physical Traits

- Pedigree Value

- Body Structure/Proportions

- Bone Density

- Registration Type Purchased

- Health/Condition

The Buyback process will be executed accordingly and within reason.

Stud Fee: $850 Cash, 1st Pick Of Litter & An Additional Pup OR 3 Well Rounded Pups. (with no cash fee)

You will receive: A Business Transaction Receipt and a copy of the Stud Contract.

If Top-Tier Akitas shall find proof or evidence that the Akita stated in this purchase has been exposed to harmful or unfit living conditions you will then be expected to return the Akita to the original Breeder's (Top-Tier Akitas) care within 72 hours after contact has been made. Failure to do so is in violation of our Contracted Agreement. Additonal Fee's will be applied along with a possible Lawsuit if purchaser has failed to comply.
